To Buck A Young Buck
It's been a consistent three days so far since this kid, a.k.a "young buck", has come into the caff to buy teas & coffees. He's so adorable. But I never thought about him until he started talking to me. Well, he hasn't really started anything. He just comes in and while he's ordering from Liz, he will ask me some random question like..."So you're going to drink that??" I was making myself a carrot juice. But this kid comes in about 3x a day and he will come up will 1 random question for me each time. The funny thing is...I won't even be helping him or even looking in his direction and he will just try and chat me up. It's cute, in a kinda obvious way. Today the question was..."So...uh, what kind of music do you like??" I said..."What??!" (I started laughing too- oops) I thought I was in Jr. High for a second! So, what do I do with this kid with a hot footballer's bod?? I looked him straight in the eye and asked him, "How old are you?" Yeah, he's 20!! And I was thinking, god you can't even drink legally in my country. I said, "You're so young! He asked, "How old are you?" I said, "Old!" He says,"No, 26 is old, you're young!" (FYI: I AM 26!!) What should I do with this kid?? He's my little bros age! I know it's in style now- "older woman/younger man" BUT he's 20 years old!! His last question for me was..."Are you doing anything this weekend?" OH, kids today!! When will young boys learn the rules? You can't just ask out any respectable girl on a Friday night and expect her to be FREE! HELLO! But I might keep him in mind for next weekend. Besides you know what they say...What happens in another country..stays...
