The Night Awaits

London is beautiful by day but magical by night. Esp along the river Thames! It's so romantic! Me & Sim went around taking night pics. I really like the way this one came out. I'm really going to miss London.

Dying To Look Good

I finally did it! It cost me a weeks wages BUT so worth it. I got my hair done. Whoo-hoo. Ya like? I had to splurge. Otherwise I would have had to enter the Guinness World Records for Worlds Longest Roots! I would have won too! Ya know it's bad when a boy notices too.

Tim: Yeah, you need to dye your hair.

Me: Yeah, thanks. I KNOW!

Tim: Ha ha. I thought you were a real red head when we first met.

Me: Thinking (Ah, fuck!)

This time I decided to go more copper-iey instead of wine red. A fun change.

Veneto!

For the exception of the lagoon like smell, Venice was one of my fave spots in Italy. It had a magical/Disneyland feel about it. I can't believe people actually live there! It's amazing! I wonder who thought..."Look at all these hundreds of little islands! Lets build a city on it." Wow, those crazy Venetians. Venice is v. romantic. It's too bad I only had E to curl up next too. Actually she was a good friend and we had lots of fun. At one point we were on a water bus travelling to another island when I was stuck between two couples on either side of me. That's not bad, right. It made me roll my eyes some but what was the big deal being shoulder to shoulder next to 2 couples making out next too me! UGH! One couple was in their teens and the young buck couldn't keep his mitts off his gf! I thought they would dry hump themselves right off the boat, if only! The other couple on my right was in their 40's and from the looks of it, they were on a second honeymoon. The prob was, I had no where to go. The water bus packed us in like sardines and I had the unlucky spot of PDA central. It got worse too. No amount of heavy signs or dirty looks did any good. And it wasn't like a caring peck here or a hug there. They were full on slobbering all over each other. I remember catching E's eye, as she gave me a sympathetic look but could barely sustain her laughter. I on the other hand, had to keep myself from jumping over board into dirty swamp water!
